ETA NU LAMBDA CHAPTER - GRAND RAPIDS, MI
The Alpha Esquire Leadership Development Program actually started as the Alpha Teens.
Many Alpha chapters around the country have Alpha Teen groups, however our Grand Rapids group was inspired by Esquire groups in Detroit and Flint, Michigan.
Alpha ESQuire was started in 2010 in Grand Rapids, Michigan under the leadership of Bro. Jason McGhee as an organization to nurture, protect and develop the talents and skills of the good young men in our community.
Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Develops Leaders, Promotes Brotherhood and Academic Excellence While Providing Service and Advocacy for Our Communities.
There was a need for our good young men to have a safe haven to meet and socialize where their conduct is celebrated and encouraged.
